Consultancy and solutions provider Guidehouse has hired Dominica Groom Williams as chief culture, inclusion and diversity officer, reporting to CEO Scott McIntyre.
Groom Williams joins Guidehouse with more than 15 years of human capital, diversity, inclusion, strategy development and leadership experience. She most recently served as vice president of the Office of Inclusive Engagement at Freddie Mac.
Prior, Groom Williams was senior director of global supplier diversity and sustainability at Marriott International.
McIntyre said Guidehouse is thrilled to have Groom Williams onboard.
“She has the expertise, experience and passion needed to bring our strategic vision into practice,” he added.
Groom Williams said she was honored join Guidehouse and its powerful mission.

A native Washingtonian, Groom Williams was named one of Black Enterprise’s “Top Executives in Corporate Diversity,” recognized as one of the “Top 100 Women” in the state of Maryland by The Daily Record and as one of Maryland’s top “Leading Women” under the age of 40.
