Digital transformation services and products company U.Group has made key additions to its leadership team. Vice President of Strategic Growth Amanda Eamich has been promoted to chief growth officer, and Todd Davis has joined as chief technology officer.

“U.Group is off to a strong start in 2021 and I am excited to witness the innovation and expertise Amanda and Todd will bring to their new roles,” said founder and CEO Ahmad Ishaq.

Eamich came to U.Group predecessor CHIEF in 2014, before it joined forces with ByteCubed in 2018. As U.Group emerged in 2019, Eamich’s role expanded and she created new delivery services and corporate strategies for the company. Prior to 2014, she served with the Agriculture Department for 10 years.

Davis will lead U.Group’s engineering and products teams supporting critical operations in the defense, homeland security, intelligence, civilian and commercial sectors. Prior to U.Group, he led the data and technology teams in the design and delivery of tokenized gold platform e-wallets at Emergent Technology Holdings.

Davis also served as the chief operating officer and CTO of S&P Global. He founded its enterprise digital transformation and data divisions and led technology teams across the globe.

“With our expanded leadership team and evolving delivery model, U.Group is poised to accomplish tremendous results and lead cutting edge innovation for our customers, who provide vital services to communities worldwide,” said U.Group COO Khalid Hassouneh.
