2020 was a growth year for Novetta under Tiffanny Gates‘ leadership. The company’s financial performance resulted in continued double-digit top- and bottom-line growth, further pipeline expansion and winning multiple highly sought-after competitive efforts.
Novetta also made two strategic hires over the Enterprise Solutions and Emerging Technologies divisions, which poised the company for continued growth in 2021.
Gates maintained operational excellence during COVID-19 via swift transition to supporting a remote workforce for over 65% of its employees. 2020 also saw the official launch of two new diversity and inclusion communities, Novetta NextGen and Novetta Unity.
Focused on supporting the needs and interests of younger Novettans and fostering understanding and embracing Novettans’ unique experiences in the office and out, these two communities join Novetta’s existing groups supporting Women in Novetta and NovettaVets.
In 2020, Novetta also launched a new DevSecOps Center of Excellence, adding to its COEs for machine learning and cloud.
“Delivering our advanced analytics capabilities to mission requires continuous integration and deployment tools and methodologies,” Gates said. “The DevSecOps COE brings together innovative hardening, containerization and microservice pipelines from across the organization, making them available for a wide range of customer needs.”
Why Watch
Novetta has historically invested in secure, distributed network environments, whether to support sensitive cyber missions or to enable the SAP community.
“At the onset of COVID, we were able to utilize and expand these environments to solve two immediate challenges: supporting sensitive customer work from non-customer spaces and supporting a largely remote workforce,” Gates said.
In 2021, Novetta will expand on these investments to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
“This investment gives us multiple options to support secure data handling in a fashion that aligns with customer missions,” Gates said.
