Amid the challenges of 2020, ManTech went to extraordinary lengths to safeguard its most important asset: 9,400 employees who share a dedication to serving the company’s customers’ mission needs — whatever the challenge, according to Chair, CEO and President Kevin M. Phillips.
Together, ManTech served its customers’ mission needs onsite and remotely throughout the pandemic, keeping safety and security at the forefront of its support. It also raised $2 million through an employee matching charitable campaign that benefited frontline workers and those in need in the Washington, D.C., metro area and across the nation.
Additionally, ManTech completed two key acquisitions that augmented its cyber tech capabilities. It also continued investments in new technologies that support the customer mission in innovative ways. Finally, it remains positioned to maintain a strong, multiyear growth trajectory with expected revenue growth exceeding 12%.
“In sum: The Right Plan, The Right Mission, The Right People for our Future,” Phillips said.
ManTech’s commitment to delivering solutions and technologies also helped to advance federal missions during 2020 challenges.
“Everybody talks ‘tech innovation’ and ’emerging tech,’ but ManTech delivers,” he said. “How? By integrating the best solutions and technologies to ensure exceptional mission performance.”
Some of those examples include a $920 million Navy win to modernize maritime reconnaissance and patrol aircraft and a $273 million Customs and Border Protection recompete for artificial intelligence-powered analytics that spots, then stops terror, crime and illicit materials at the border.
Why Watch
“We will continue to build on what works: Securing the Future with a laser focus on our customers’ — and their critical mission needs, our employees — and their career development and training needs, and innovative technologies that solve challenges our customers face today and will face in the days ahead,” Phillips said.
