Government large-scale transformation expert Maisha Glover has joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a senior vice president and market strategy leader in the firm’s national security business.
Glover comes from McKinsey & Co., where she most recently was a senior client development adviser in the public sector practice. Before that, she held senior leadership positions at Science Applications International Corp. and Leidos, and served in multiple roles as a policy and counterterrorism analyst for the U.S. government.
Glover brings over 25 years’ experience with intelligence community, Defense Department and other government and industry clients with a focus on large-scale transformation. She has advised on topics such as digital and analytics strategy; the future of work; and diversity, equity and inclusion in the intelligence community.
Glover will report to Judi Dotson, executive vice president and leader of Booz Allen’s national security business, who said Glover’s years as a national security innovator bring a unique viewpoint.
“Her deep involvement in strategy, growth, and market development initiatives for both the DoD and IC will be a tremendous asset as we continue to deliver high impact and performance at Booz Allen’s unique intersection of technology, mission, and consulting,” Dotson said of Glover.
Glover said she’s happy to bring her talents to her new team, “which is well positioned to solve our clients’ toughest challenges through advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, 5G, and cybersecurity, as well as our skilled and diverse IC talent.”
Glover has bachelor’s degrees in public administration and liberal arts from Kentucky State University and a Juris Doctorate from American University’s Washington College of Law.
