    WATCH: Morse Alpha Associates’ John Felker Shares Insights on Cyber Talent Improvement, Cyber Solarium Commission

    WashingtonExec’s Amanda Ziadeh sits down with John Felker, president of Morse Alpha Associates and formerly with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integrations Center, to discuss cyber talent improvement and the Cyber Solarium Commission. As Felker remains focused on workforce improvement and developing the cyber workforce, he describes the challenges caused by certain restrictions when hiring under Title 5 and the Cyber Talent Management System, and recommendations for improving these processes. Felker also shares a brief overview of the Cyber Solarium Commission and how workforce improvement plays a role in its implementation.
