WashingtonExec’s Amanda Ziadeh catches up with Sandy Gillespie, chief operating officer of Excella, to talk pandemic challenges, companywide inclusion and diversity efforts, and how to look toward the future. Gillespie joined Excella in March, right at the start of the pandemic, and speaks reflectively on how she has helped handle pandemic-related challenges.
