NewSpring Holdings company Avantus Federal has chosen Luanne Pavco as president of Avantus Services and chief delivery officer.
Pavco will be a senior member of the executive team and will report to CEO Andy Maner, who said he was eager for her to join the company full time.
“We are doing important work at Avantus, and with Luanne leading the charge as President of Avantus Services as well as our Chief Delivery Officer, she will help us continue to grow our company into a robust, mission-ready hub,” Maner said.
Before joining Avantus full time, Pavco was on the Avantus board of advisers. She was also the general manager and member of the executive team at Slalom Consulting, and the founder of Slalom Federal. Pavco has held senior executive leadership roles at Coopers & Lybrand and at Price Waterhouse. She was also a managing partner of IBM Federal.
