Space systems technology solutions provider LinQuest Corp. has announced the acquisition of TMC Design Corp., an advanced engineering, development and integration company with expertise in electromagnetics, digital signal processing, and radio frequency communications.

TMC Design’s systems and solutions support the U.S. Army and other national security customers in high-priority mission areas such as space-enabled cyber operations, tactical space superiority, and electronic warfare.

LinQuest CEO Tim Dills said the combination of the two companies “will create a compelling suite of solutions to provide all of our customers with mission-essential capabilities addressing many of our country’s most challenging national security threats.”

LinQuest also announced it has appointment of Kent Wilcher as senior vice president and chief growth officer. He most recently served as vice president for growth and sales at Jacobs Engineering Group.

“Kent is an excellent addition to the team, and we look forward to continuing to build an industry-leading company with top talent,” Dills said. “His cross-functional skill set coupled with a proven history of driving growth in the DoD sector affords LinQuest a prime opportunity to catalyze and optimize our continued expansion.”
