The deadline to submit nominations for the Chief Officer Awards is March 26, and we want your help to find the chief diversity and inclusion officers leading inclusion, diversity and corporate social responsibility initiatives enterprisewide.

Held May 20 as a virtual event, the Chief Officer Awards will recognize the most impactful and innovative executives in government and industry in the C-suite. The goal is to showcase the technologists, security experts and business leaders making waves in government contracting from both sides of the sector.

New this year is the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer Award. For this category, we’re seeking leaders focused on organizational commitment to ensure inclusion is ingrained into the culture. These executives drive efforts to make an overall positive impact in their organizations, the industry overall and communities.

Nominations may come from peers, employees, supervisors and fellow government or industry leaders. This category focuses on executives optimizing organizational culture and aligning enterprisewide diversity and inclusion goals with business outcomes. They are charged with creating an organization’s strategy for hiring diverse and underrepresented candidates, as well as pinpointing new initiatives that can boost diversity organizationally.

Achievements between 2020 and 2021 will be considered.

An executive and/or organization can submit nominations for more than one category, and self-nominations are accepted. Nominations should be max 350 words and include how the chief diversity and inclusion officer solved a challenge(s) for the end customer.

For more information and to submit a nominate, visit ChiefAwards.com.
