Advanced technology, science and engineering company ECS has named John Heneghan chief operating officer and Giles Kesteloot has become chief strategy officer.

The two “will ensure we continue to provide exceptional customer service, care for our employees, and maintain the business operations and culture that make ECS a great place to work,” said ECS President George Wilson.

Heneghan, who served as ECS senior vice president of enterprise solutions from 2017-2020, will oversee all customer delivery, business operations and business development. Kesteloot most recently was ECS senior vice president of homeland security solutions. He was formerly the president of Blackstone Federal.

“I couldn’t be prouder to be named ECS’ chief operating officer,” Heneghan said. “I look forward to advancing ECS as a leading provider of critical technological solutions for industry and government alike.”

ECS “is a company fiercely committed to delivering for its customers, shareholders, and employees,” Kesteloot said. “I look forward to helping execute a strategy rooted in customer success and employee development.”
