A technology company in the national security space, BlackHorse Solutions has been awarded a $950 million ceiling indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to enable Joint All Domain Command and Control, or JADC2.
“We are excited to grow our partnership with the Air Force through the ABMS program,” said BlackHorse Solutions President and CEO Mike Kushin. “ABMS plays a critical role in bringing innovative capabilities to enable Joint All Domain Command and Control and we look forward to delivering BlackHorse capabilities to this critical mission.”
The contract calls for the maturation, demonstration and proliferation of capability across platforms and domains, leveraging open systems design, modern software and algorithm development in support of JADC2.
This contract is part of a multiple award multilevel security effort to provide development and operation of systems as a unified force across all domains (air, land, sea, space, cyber and electromagnetic spectrum) in an open architecture family of systems that enables capabilities via multiple integrated platforms.
“This award exemplifies our ability to develop and deploy systems across all domains and demonstrates our strategic approach to capture large programs within our core market,” said Vice President of Business Development Neil Sims.
