WashingtonExec’s Amanda Ziadeh sits down with Jamie Notter, co-founder and culture designer at PROPEL, to talk about the future of the workplace in the wake of a growing remote workforce amid the COVID-19 pandemic. PROPEL was recently rebranded from Human Workplaces, and it helps organizations understand their workplace culture and improve or reinforce those areas where needed to drive strategy and success. Notter shares his insights into what challenges a remote workforce poses for organizations accustomed to an in-person workplace culture, and how organizations can shift their culture to meet the needs of the hybrid workplace environment.
