K2 Integrity represents the merger of K2 Intelligence, an investigative, compliance and cyber defense services firm founded in 2009 by Jeremy M. Kroll and Jules B. Kroll, and Financial Integrity Network, a strategic advisory firm founded by Juan Zarate and Chip Poncy.

“Integrity is in our DNA, and now it’s in our name,” said K2 Integrity CEO and Co-Founder Jeremy Kroll.

Since its September 2019 merger, the combined company has addressed financial crimes risk and compliance, investigative services, regulatory monitoring, training and advisory offerings.

“Integrity is a core value deeply embedded within our company,” said K2 Integrity Chairman Jules Kroll. “The name K2 Integrity reinforces the principles the corporate investigations industry was founded on back in 1972: integrity and transparency,”

Jeremy B. Kroll said worldwide, leaders are looking for trusted partners as they tackle various challenges, including employee and third-party conduct concerns, cyberthreats, and risks related to fraud and corruption.

“We are proud to serve our clients as a trusted partner, driving value and providing a sense of certainty amidst the vulnerabilities they face,” he added.
