“EIS is a great fit with our strategy to back mission-oriented companies providing technology-based solutions to government customers,” said CCP Managing Partner David Collier. “We are excited to partner with Pat and Charles, both to continue to support their existing customer base and to address new analytics needs in the DoD and Intel markets.”

EIS provides software and related solutions to government customers with large-scale data analytics applications for security and artificial intelligence. For over 20 years, EIS has provided technology and expertise enabling its agency customers to solve complex problems and execute their missions effectively.

“Pat and I sought out a private equity partner experienced in the markets we operate and where we see the greatest opportunities for growth,” said EIS CEO Charles Mathews. “We found that with CCP and are thrilled to collaborate to write the next chapter of the EIS story.”

FON Corporate Finance advised the company on the transaction.
