NASA has chosen ASRC Federal System Solutions to perform engineering and technical services as part of the Research Facilities and Engineering Support Services contract at the agency’s Armstrong Flight Research Center.

“We are proud to continue our partnership with NASA Armstrong – the Agency’s leading center for atmospheric flight research, operations and testing – and contribute to advances in science, technology and exploration,” said ASRC Federal President and CEO Jennifer Felix.

The ASRC Federal System Solutions team is to provide Armstrong’s Mission Support Directorate with services and materials required to execute mission operations for the Dryden Aeronautical Test Range. This includes engineering, operations, maintenance, documentation, training, customer outreach, change management, configuration control, simulation support and centerwide IT services.

Armstrong Flight Research Center is located in Edwards, California, in the western Mojave Desert.

The 5-year contract is valued at approximately $86 million.
