IT and professional services provider ASGN Inc. has announced the acquisition of Integrated Solutions Management, Inc., an IT performance and management consulting company.
ISM is an Elite ServiceNow partner that has launched numerous significant ServiceNow deployments across government and industry in various sectors, ASGN said. The company supports highly sensitive government customer needs across all ServiceNow product lines. Additionally, ISM is the exclusive North American partner for ServiceNow’s new IoT product NowX.

ISM’s proprietary IP provides a competitive edge to ServiceNow customer engagements. ISM will be integrated into ECS’ Enterprise Business Solutions Group and brings about 75 highly technical employees to the company.
ECS has been organically building its ServiceNow capabilities over the past several years, said George Wilson, president of ECS.
