Titan Alpha, a joint venture between Prometheus Federal Services and Atlas Research, has secured a contract to provide program management, knowledge management and acquisitions support to the Veterans Health Administration’s Workforce Management Consulting Office.

The office engages with VHA stakeholders to deliver systems, infrastructure and programs to help ensure the nation’s largest integrated health system can attract and retain a motivated, highly qualified and engaged workforce.

“VHA has a large, diverse, and geographically dispersed workforce,” said Greg Smallwood, president of PFS. “We are excited to work with the WMC Office and support its collaboration with a broad array of stakeholders to provide Veterans with access to the highest quality of care.”

This contract was awarded on the VHA Integrated Healthcare Transformation vehicle, which supports efforts aimed at providing veterans nationwide with seamless, high-quality health care.

“Atlas has been a trusted partner to VHA on mission-critical workforce issues for close to a decade,” said Nikkia Grant, senior manager at Atlas Research. “We know the importance of value-driven best practices, subject matter expertise, and tailored human capital solutions to achieve results. We look forward to bringing that experience to bear in support of VHA.”
