Management consulting and digital transformation company CALIBRE Systems, Inc. has announced the addition of Emile Trombetti as vice president and chief growth officer.

Trombetti is to lead the Growth team and collaborate with operational divisions in pipeline identification, qualification and management, opportunity development, capture management and proposal processes.

Additionally, he will manage market coverage in all defense, federal/civil, national security and commercial market segments.

“We are very excited that Emile has joined CALIBRE and our leadership team,” said CALIBRE President and CEO Richard Pineda. “He brings expertise and relevancy in the Department of Defense, Federal/Civil, and commercial sector, making him an ideal person to lead our revitalized growth team.”

Trombetti served previously as the president of Pragmatics and as a senior partner at Booz Allen Hamilton. Over his 19-year career at Booz Allen Hamilton, he led a number of businesses including the U.S. Army portfolio, the commercial cyber practice, the U.S. Navy technology business and business development across all markets.

Trombetti is a member of the advisory board for Pace University’s Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems. He served as chairman of Johns Hopkins Children’s Center corporate advisory board in Baltimore and on the board of Ford’s Theatre in Washington, D.C.
