Guidehouse has named Kim Cirka to lead strategic innovation and growth initiatives for the organization’s public health segment.
Cirka joins from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was a partner in its public sector organization. She spent several years focused on helping the Department of Veterans Affairs and other federal customers define agile strategies for health care optimization. Additionally, Cirka held a faculty position at George Mason University in advanced composition for science and technology,
Alicia Harkness, partner and Guidehouse’s health segment leader, described Cirka as “an incredible innovator.”

Cirka was named a 2020 Women in Leadership Award winner by FedHealthIT and G2Xchange FedCiv.
