E3/Sentinel announced Aug. 10 Rick Schult has been appointed executive vice president of the company’s business development branch.

In his new role, Schult is responsible for driving organic growth strategies for the entire enterprise.

Schult previously served as senior vice president of the company’s defense division, where he was responsible for client engagement, service delivery, talent management and overall growth strategy.

“Rick’s impact on the company over the last 15 years has been immense,” said Chris Blahm, the company’s chief growth officer. “His passion for culture, people, innovation, eminence and a focus on the customer will immediately help us as we continue to grow in a full and open market.”

Schult played an instrumental role in establishing the division in 2012 and driving huge growth for the company over many years. He has proven his capabilities in maintaining relationships with complex clients while guiding the development of his employees.

“I appreciate the opportunity to drive growth at an enterprise level,” Schult said. “There is already a tremendous team in place and together we will leverage the strengths of our company’s combined capabilities to deliver enduring solutions to our customers.”
