    Excella Announces Senior Leadership Promotions

    Five of Excella’s leaders have been promoted to senior positions in a move to advance the company’s presence in key markets, capabilities and workforce development.

    Jaman Botts
    Jaman Botts, Excella

    Jaman Botts was promoted to director of workforce management. In this role, he will manage, develop and execute Excella’s resource management and workforce strategy developing plans for each of the company’s markets. He formerly served as the company’s resource manager and has been with Excella since 2017.

    Beth Gomolka, Excella
    Beth Gomolka, Excella

    Beth Gomolka was promoted to vice president of national security. In this position, Gomolka will be responsible for operating Excella’s activities within the national security market through expanding contracts and fostering new work. She will enable engagement managers, project leadership and staff to achieve targets. Gomolka previously served as the director and market owner of national security and has been with Excella since 2010.

    Sarath Ravella, Excella
    Sarath Ravella, Excella

    Sarath Ravella was promoted to vice president of strategic initiatives. In this role, he will be responsible for strategic and cross-organizational initiatives to grow the company’s presence in new markets with a focus on defense. Ravella previously served as director and market owner of defense and has been with Excella since 2007.

    Tony Solomita, Excella
    Tony Solomita, Excella

    Tony Solomita was promoted to vice president of innovation. In this position, Solomita will manage innovation, the portfolio of delivery-related intellectual property and external thought leadership activities. He will also be responsible for identifying industry trends and supporting employee engagement by providing career direction and community. He previously served as Excella’s director of innovation and has been with the company since 2006.

    Claire Walsh, Excella
    Claire Walsh, Excella

    Claire Walsh was promoted to vice president of engineering and services. She will maintain the company’s capability portfolio for sustainability and growth, establish baseline delivery practices and ensure Excella’s employees have the skills and practices needed for project success. She previously served as director of engineering services and has been with the company since 2005.

    Each of these Excella leaders is key to the company’s growth, said Burton White, CEO and co-founder of the company.

    “These promotions recognize the incredible impact these leaders have had on our clients and the careers of many Excellians,” he added. “I’m thrilled to have them on our Excella team driving the success of our company.”
