Technology, science and engineering solutions company ECS on Aug. 11 announced the addition of Pamela Rothka to its executive team as chief financial officer.

Rothka brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance in government and public sector to ECS, most recently serving as CFO of Octo Consulting. She’s also served on several industry panels and was recognized on WashingtonExec’s “Top 10 CFOs to Watch in 2020″ list.

“Pamela is an industry leader with the knowledge and experience to have a significant impact on ECS’ future,” said George Wilson, president of ECS. “We are proud to have Pamela join our team and look forward to leveraging her partnership, knowledge, and experience to support our growth.”

As CFO of ECS, Rothka will oversee strategic finance, accounting, contracts, pricing, business operations and facilities, and will be involved in mergers and acquisitions and divisional reporting.

“I’m excited to be a part of the ECS family and look forward to serving our customers,” Rothka said. “I am eager to collaborate with my new teammates to chart the financial path forward for ECS.”
