She was previously the senior vice president of the Alion Distributed Simulation Group, where she led a team that consistently achieved or exceeded performance targets.

In 2019, as a member of the executive leadership team, she supported the integration of Alion-acquired MacAulay-Brown, Inc. into the company, and divestiture of Alionâs Naval Systems Business Unit to Serco.
