As senior vice president of operations, Terri Walker-Spoonhour is responsible for the overall health of Alion’s business portfolio to include program performance, business planning and strategy, measurement, and financial and business growth. She was previously the senior vice president of the Alion Distributed Simulation Group, where she led a team that consistently achieved or exceeded performance targets.
Walker-Spoonhour’s expertise is in optimizing business strategy to strengthen the overall enterprise. She works closely with Alion’s financial organization implementing strategies to improve program performance and drive margin growth, enhanching overall operational efficiencies.
In 2019, as a member of the executive leadership team, she supported the integration of Alion-acquired MacAulay-Brown, Inc. into the company, and divestiture of Alion’s Naval Systems Business Unit to Serco.
Walker-Spoonhour has been instrumental in the success of program execution across the organization, exceeding contractual commitments and customers’ expectations.
