    Dave Zito, Guidehouse

Consultancy and solutions provider Guidehouse has appointed Dave Zito as the firm’s first chief growth officer. He was previously the leader of Guidehouse’s Commercial Healthcare segment and is a 30-year consulting industry veteran.

Zito will be responsible for accelerating enterprisewide growth by advancing investments in new markets and opportunities, helping develop strategies that result in innovative technology solutions and business process management, and driving large-scale cross-segment collaboration.

This includes oversight of the Managed Services and Advanced Solutions business units, along with the Sales, Marketing, and Employee Experience functions at Guidehouse.

Zito has led the growth of the Commercial Healthcare segment from a startup to one of the industry’s leading advisers, said Guidehouse CEO Scott McIntyre.

“A major contributor to this success is his commitment to a strong culture that aligns around our values and the behaviors expected of every team member, an important attribute I know Dave will carry into his new role,” McIntyre said.

Zito has assisted hundreds of integrated health systems, community and academic hospitals, and medical groups with system reconfiguration, performance improvement, cost reduction, and post-merger integration.
