Enterprise software platform provider Coras has won a spot in the AFWERX Showcase on July 28-30. The company is one of 49 selected from 1,500 applicants for an opportunity to present to Air Force leadership.

The AFWERX event gives a select few companies a venue to pitch their products and services to Air Force decision-makers and grant program officers. This year’s event is divided into a number of challenge categories. Coras will be presenting in the Culture of Innovation arena.

This challenge, one of several related to the Base of the Future initiative, aims to strengthen and perpetuate a culture of innovation within USAF by improving workforce agility and breaking down barriers to change.

Coras already is working with the Defense Department, handling massive, disparate data sources and solving challenging problems, said President and Chief Technology Officer Dan Naselius.

“We’re proud to be helping the Armed Forces manage programs like planning and strategizing the future of their warships and providing real-time solutions for everything from staffing to lethality metrics,” he said.

Coras solutions leverage the ability to handle massive amounts of data in real-time and to create various scenarios to support what-if scenarios. This Enterprise Decision Management Platform supports DOD efforts to forecast assets and the spend around them.
