    Caroline McConnell, Jason Siminski Join Altamira’s Leadership Team

    Altamira Technologies Corp. announced July 22 the addition of Caroline McConnell and Jason Siminski as chief human capital officer and vice president of business development, respectively.

    In her new role, McConnell is tasked with building programs that attract, develop and retain technical talent. She brings over 12 years of experience in HR leadership to the company, having held senior positions with Science Applications International Corp. and Engineering Solutions and Products LLC.

    “Caroline’s experience and skills as a certified trainer and in strategic workforce planning make her an ideal fit for Altamira as we build on our award-winning culture of people-first excellence,” said Ted Davies, Altamira CEO.

    Siminski will focus on expanding Altamira’s work with analytics and engineering for the Defense Department and broader intelligence community. He brings 23 years of experience to the company, having worked as a military officer and senior government civilian. He also held leadership roles at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and SAIC.

    “We have a growing pipeline of opportunities to prosecute, and we are excited to add Jason’s proven talent to our team,” said Blaine Worthington, Altamira chief operating officer.
