Altamira Technologies has added industry execs Ron Moultrie and Dave Wajsgras to its board of directors — a move chairman Joe Wright said will be instrumental in the company’s continued growth.

“Ron and Dave are outstanding additions to our Board,” Wright said. “They each have led large organizations focused on key missions working across U.S. National Defense and Intelligence. They are well respected leaders who know how to get things done and will be instrumental in the continued growth of the Altamira platform.”

Wajsgras most recently was president of the Intelligence, Information and Services business at the former Raytheon Co., now part of Raytheon Technologies. He also served as the senior vice president and chief financial officer at Raytheon, where he directed the company’s financial strategy. Additionally, Wajsgras is a WashingtonExec Top 25 Execs to Watch in 2020 and a 2019 Pinnacle Awards Intelligence Industry Exec of the Year.

Moultrie, a former senior national security official, retired as the director of operations at NSA and was a senior CIA officer. He served in the Air Force and recently was a senior adviser to the secretary of the Navy.

“These two outstanding leaders provide the company with added insights and access as we advance our position as a leading mission-focused innovator in space, battlespace and cyber network operations for the DoD and the IC,” said Altamira CEO Ted Davies.
