Senior reporter Amanda Ziadeh is joined by Tiffanny Gates, president and CEO of Novetta, who discusses the impact the coronavirus pandemic has had on how the company supports its customers’ missions. Novetta provides data analytic, cyber and media analytic technology services to federal, defense and intelligence customers, and has had to be flexible with its customers and employees as government mandates and communications change during this time. But Gates said the pandemic and teleworking isn’t stopping employees from virtually collaborating, engaging and even having fun after hours. She also touches on near-future plans as states move to certain phases of reopening, and preparing employees for a possible “shift-work” lifestyle.
