Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic’s annual “Evening of Wishes” is going 100% virtual with an online auction: From now until 11:59 a.m. on May 10, you can bid on packages while helping to grant local wishes.

Each bid placed will help ensure Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic can continue to bring the transformative experience of a wish come true to local children battling critical illnesses when they need it most.

    To bid, visit EveningofWishesDC.org.

Some 840 local children are expected to be diagnosed with a critical illness this year alone and for each wish granted, there is at least one more local child waiting for a wish, organizers said.
