Government solutions provider InCadence Strategic Solutions Corp. has been chosen as a 2020 Best Place to Work in the Greater Washington Area by the Washington Business Journal.

The “Best Places to Work” program recognizes leading employers throughout the DMV for encouraging company cultures that promote the well-being and development of their employees.

Ericka Shirley, InCadence vice president and chief human resources officer, said this is the third consecutive year InCadence has received this recognition, and the company is proud to be chosen yet again.

“This award is meaningful to InCadence as taking exceptional care of our employees is core to our company values,” she said. “We believe supporting our employees, allows our teams to take better care of our customers and their important mission sets. This is a good business practice that we look forward to continuing.”
