Situational awareness provider MAG Aerospace has agreed to acquire AASKI Technology in a move that aims to bolster MAG’s position in the market as a provider of full-spectrum C5ISR solutions to customers worldwide.
Founded in 1997, New Jersey-based AASKI provides professional services for planning, designing, implementing, securing, and managing mission-critical networks and systems. AASKI’s clients include the Defense Department and leading communication service providers, among others.

Baird served as AASKI’s exclusive financial adviser and legal counsel was provided by& Knight LLP. Legal counsel to MAG was provided by Ropes & Gray LLP and Cooley LLP.
The transaction is slated to be finalized in the second quarter of 2020.
