    Leidos Issued DOD Contract Modification

    Leidos Inc. has been issued a contract modification on its contract for scientific and technical services in support of various projects under the Biological Threat Reduction Program. 

    The modification is to exercise Option Period Three with a ceiling value of $34.4 million on the time-and-materials contract, which doesn’t include the value of the unexercised options.

    Work will be performed at various locations throughout the world, with an anticipated completion date of May 2021. 

    This contract includes one additional 12–month option that would end May 13, 2022, if exercised. 

    The government received 11 offers on this competitive acquisition, which comes through the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Cooperative Threat Reduction, Contracting Office, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
