Management consulting and digital transformation company CALIBRE Systems, Inc. has won a task order under the Office of Personnel and Management and General Services Administration Human Capital and Training Solutions, or HCaTS, vehicle to provide the U.S. Army Materiel Command G8 Army Working Capital Fund support.
CALIBRE’s partnership with the Army began 30 years ago, and the company’s support to Army Materiel Command is one of its longest-running programs, said Denise Oberndorf, vice president, defense enterprise solutions.
“Working Capital Funds are unique in government financial activities, and CALIBRE has provided continuous analytical support to the AWCF community for 25 years and AWCF training for 15 years,” he added. “We are proud of this award and its recognition of our excellence in WCF training and coaching.”
The contract calls for CALIBRE to deliver coaching and training support to improve the ability of Army and Defense Department personnel to understand, interpret and apply Working Capital Fund principles, processes and rules. The goal is to drive the accurate, effective and efficient conduct of Army budgeting activities.
