    Naina Leo Dual-hatted as a Managing Director, Federal Chief Growth Officer at Attain

    Naina Leo has joined Attain LLC and will lead one of the civilian practices, be a part of the federal leadership team and serve as federal chief growth officer.

    Prior to this role as a managing director, Leo was executive vice president at NetImpact Strategies, leading the federal civilian business. She has also held leadership roles at PwC, IBM and Octo Consulting Group, among others.

    Leo brings almost 30 years of experience in the public sector and is able to leverage deep government and industry relationships. Her work has involved helping federal clients achieve transformation by implementing agile software development, process improvements, systems engineering, business analytics and program management.

    She has led management consulting work and large-scale implementations at the General Services Administration, departments of Commerce, Transportation and Veterans Affairs, among others.

    She is also president of the board of AFCEA Bethesda and has served as the vice president of AFCEA Bethesda’s Health IT Day.
