    Neil Albert, NFA Consulting

Integrated Computer Solutions, Inc., has added a quartet of government contracting executives and business leaders to its inaugural board of advisers: Cathy McGrane, Brad Knox, John G. Veres, III and Neil Albert.

Together, the new members bring decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, government procurement and contracting, human capital management and business growth strategies from industries ranging federal consulting, IT, insurance, health care and academia. They’ll provide insight and guidance to ICS management to help develop and execute an aggressive long-range strategic plan.

McGrane is a managing partner of Scout Concepts LLC and has more than 30 years of experience providing sales and business development leadership in federal government and commercial health care IT. She spent the majority of her career leading the HP Enterprise Services (formerly EDS) federal health care sales team, and spent time at Accenture.

Knox is senior vice president and counsel of Federal Relations for Aflac, where’s he’s been since 2006. Prior, he was chief counsel to the Committee on Small Business for the House of Representatives, and was the founder and president of DigiTech Systems Solutions Inc., in Alabama.

Veres is an education consultant for energy management company Cenergistic and lead consultant for J. G. Veres & Associates. He has more than 40 years of experience in human resources management, has published extensively on HR management and worked as an expert witness or consultant in 90 employment discrimination lawsuits.

With more than 40 years of experience, Albert has managed and led multiple government services organizations in strategic planning, program management, cost/schedule analysis, project performance measurement, acquisition management and risk assessment. He’s the president and CEO of NFA Consulting LLC, providing advice to government and industry service providers.

ICS Founder, President and CEO Stephen Goldsby said he’s honored by the commitment of these executives to join the board of advisors.

“I look forward to their expert advice as we continue to navigate the extremely competitive federal IT marketplace,” he said. “I am very thankful for their willingness to devote their time and resources to ICS to ensure our continued success and aggressive growth objectives.”
