Technology solutions provider Halfaker and Associates has been awarded the Department of Veterans Affairs Enterprise Services Integrated Platform Systems 5-year task order valued at $189 million.

President and CEO Dawn Halfaker said the company is honored to continue to drive modernization initiatives that deliver value to veterans.

“By expanding on the innovative solutions we developed through previous projects and aligning enterprise product management across the ESIP portfolio, we will enable the Agency to continue to improve access to Veteran data and improve Veteran experience with the VA,” she added.

ESIP will consolidate and coordinate enterprise service offerings across existing systems, enabling veterans to access and manage their information in a more efficient and intuitive way. The contract calls for the use of a leading-edge scalable agile delivery model to manage VA’s Enterprise Services product lines, providing a pathway to innovation and streamlining veteran-facing services.

By introducing automation and aligning feature development and data management, the company aims to reduce the disparate nature of existing services, making it simpler to find, identify and access veteran data and services.
