The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Contracting Office has awarded a competitive task order to Capstone Corp.

Issued under the Technical Support Services for Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education Transformation Services Contract, the award calls for Capstone to provide services in support of the Navy’s Bureau of Personnel and Navy Personnel Command’s Force Management and the MyNavyHR Enterprise.

Capstone will sustain and maintain the IT systems, services, databases and technologies that support or enable the BUPERS/NPC FM mission.

“We are privileged to be selected to support the Navy’s force management enterprise information technology requirements,” said Capstone Senior Business Development Manager John McNally. “We look forward to maintaining and enhancing the IT capabilities of BUPERS/NPC to provide a more robust FM capability in the future.”

Alexandria, Virginia-based Capstone provides integrated technical solutions and services to U.S. government agencies in training and exercises; strategy, plans and operations;  and cybersecurity and IT in more than 40 U.S. states and overseas locations.

The Technical Support Services for Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education Enterprise contract is a multiple award, IDIQ contract that provides IT services and solutions for the Navy’s MPT&E Enterprise.
