Intelligence and national security solutions provider NT Concepts has been awarded the DISA DITCO Encore III Navy Housing Enterprise Military Housing II task order.
The 5-year, $125 million award supports comprehensive agencywide support services including property management and case management for all Defense Department military housing.
NT Concepts will team with Applied Engineering Management to support this mission-critical system in the largest task order award to date under the Encore III IDIQ.
“We understand the importance of the eMH program and its positive impact on the quality of life for the hundreds of thousands of active-duty soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, Coast Guardsmen, DoD civilians, and their families who rely on the program for all their housing needs,” said Darin Powers, president and chief operating officer of NT Concepts. “eMH is a model for joint service enterprise evolution, and we’re honored to help advance its continued success.”
The eMH is an integrated, web-based housing application that consolidates day-to-day information management, asset management and associated metrics reports and dashboards. The system leverages a common data warehouse and business modules to automate housing business processes, enabling DOD to manage over 750,000 housing units. The system supports a range of on- and off-base services in 400 locations globally.
“Over three decades, eMH has evolved from serving only the Navy to becoming the DoD enterprise program of record for housing management,” added Sharon deMonsabert, president of AEM Corp. “We have been proud to support eMH over this time and look forward to supporting eMH’s success as its mission continues to evolve.”
