Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific has awarded Parsons Corp. its first task order under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity multiple award contract, originally announced by NIWC Pacific in May 2019.

The potential $11.7 million task order covers professional technical and management support services to establish and maintain cyberspace operations and enable product lines, programs and projects, including interoperability of systems, services and capabilities at the tactical, operational and strategic levels.

“Parsons is honored to provide scalable, end-to-end solutions supporting NIWC Pacific’s mission to develop, deliver, and sustain information warfighting capabilities,” said Chris Bush, vice president for C5ISR for Parsons.

“Our technological expertise across multiple products and solutions, and services to integrate them into unique offerings, enhances national security and creates a safer world,” he added.

The contract for Advanced Video Activity Analytics includes a 1-year base award valued at $2.2 million and four potential 1-year option awards. AVAA is Parsons’ server-based capability that integrates computer vision analytics from disparate sources into a single processing pipeline, selects the best solutions from across the artificial intelligence/machine learning domain, and combines them into a single solution.
