Vencore’s former Chief Financial Officer Jennifer Felix has joined ASRC Federal as executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Felix will lead and optimize business operations, ensure outstanding customer execution and drive growth, the company said. ASRC Federal President and CEO Mark Gray called Felix “an outstanding addition” to the company’s leadership team.

In addition to Vencore, Felix has held senior executive management positions at Science Applications International Corp., Sotera and General Dynamics. She said she is thrilled to join ASRC Federal.

“Having worked in the government services industry for both publicly traded and private equity-owned companies, I was deeply compelled by the unique mission of ASRC Federal, the opportunity to join a very strong ASRC Federal leadership team and help the organization fulfill its strategic growth objectives,” she added.

Felix has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park, is a certified public accountant and serves on the March of Dimes Greater Washington Chapter board of directors.
