Parsons Corp. has hired Rick Hubbard as senior vice president of business development for its connected communities market.

Hubbard was previously a senior vice president at AT&T, where he saw successes in product development and product strategy for AT&T’s business services across the globe.

In his new role, he will accelerate sales of Parsons’ technology-based offerings, including its iNET advanced transportation management system.

“Rick’s approach to technology-infused infrastructure solutions will help bring Parsons’ differentiators and tailored solutions to our current and future connected communities client base,” said Tom Topolski, executive vice president of business development for Parsons. “He brings an impressive record of driving multimillion-dollar profit improvements, continuous business process integration, and innovative sales strategies.”
