BlackHorse Solutions, a small business helping to secure and defend information environments, has won prime contract awards in the third quarter of 2019 worth a potential of $116 million, which includes the company’s recent acquisition of Amp+.
These awards are from customers in the Defense Department, intelligence community, civilian organizations and commercial entities, and range from cybersecurity, electronic warfare and technical operations to readiness, analytics and quantum security.
The Herndon, Virginia-based company already supports national security needs through contracts with government agencies, with a portfolio of full-spectrum cyber solutions. It announced its acquisition of Amp+ Corp. — a small business that provides next-generation intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance and electronic warfare solutions to DOD — in July, merging as its own operating group.
The merge also provided BlackHorse with deeper capabilities in the cyber electro magnetic activities market.
