In a partnership with Jefferson Consulting Group, Atlas Research has been awarded a 5-year contract with the Federal Railroad Administration to create a strategic 5-year plan for its workforce.

The plan will assess skills and competencies needed from future employees as well as address retention and recruitment, employee training and other areas.

Atlas will collaborate with leaders in the railroad administration as well as other Department of Transportation leaders to develop the plan in partnership with Jefferson Consulting Group.

“The Atlas team of human capital professionals brings extensive strategic human capital expertise and experience,” said Ryung Suh, chair of Atlas Research. “Together, with Jefferson Consulting Group, we will advance FRA’s most valuable resource –– its human capital. We’re excited to partner with them in this important work.”
