Advanced Concepts and Technologies International has hired Michael Zembrzuski as its chief growth officer.

Zembrzuski will oversee ACT I’s growth strategy and business development. With more than 34 years of military and private sector experience, he previously served as executive vice president and business group manager of CACI’s Intelligence sector practice; as executive vice resident and equity partner in Six3 Systems; and as executive vice president of business development at Harding Security Associates.

“Mr. Zembrzuski will make an immediate, positive impact to continue to develop and implement our company growth strategy,” said ACT I CEO Michael Niggel. “As ACT I maintains its aggressive growth path, Mike’s experience and leadership will significantly contribute to defining and executing our strategic goals while the company continues to provide exceptional customer support.”

Zembrzuski has an undergraduate degree in political science and history from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. He retired from the Army as a senior military intelligence and foreign area officer.
