Horn, the new CWMD executive adviser and lead for CWMD’s work supporting the Space Development Agency, comes to E3/Sentinel with more than 30 years of experience in the U.S. Air Force and CWMD-focused work in nuclear, chemical, biological, radiological, high-explosive and improvised threats. His more recent role was as director of DTRA.

The trio’s knowledge of the mission challenges faced by E3/Sentinel’s customers “is already bringing a fresh perspective on how we are assisting these critical missions,” said Andy Maner, CEO at E3/Sentinel. “We are thrilled to bring this team and their decades of experience and perspective into our growing enterprise.”
