SAIC has appointed two new members to its 10-member board of directors.
Carol Goode will serve on the Human Resources and Compensation Committee, while Yvette Kanouff will serve on the Audit Committee and Risk Oversight Committee.
Goode, a human resources adviser working with clients in the San Francisco Bay area, is a board member of WageWorks. She was previously chief human resources officer of Brocade Communications and has held several human resources and talent management leadership positions at organizations that include Nortel Networks and Seagate.
Goode holds an undergraduate degree in microbiology and chemistry from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duquesne University.
[addthis tool=addthis_relatedposts_inline_va7y]Kanouff is a partner and chief technology officer at JC2 Ventures, a venture capital and private equity firm based in Silicon Valley. She was previously senior vice president and general manager for Cisco’s Service Provider Business, where she was responsible for more than $7 billion in direct revenue and more than 6,000 employees across the globe.
She has also held leadership positions at several companies, including Cablevision, SeaChange International and Time Warner.
Kanouff has undergraduate and graduate degrees in mathematics from the University of Central Florida. She is currently a board member for enterprise social media marketing and management software company for Sprinklr.
The two “bring decades of leadership in key areas, such as talent acquisition, strategy implementation, and technology development, that are vital to our future operations and strategy,” said SAIC Board Chair Donna Morea.
“Carol and Yvette’s counsel and expertise will bring energy to our board and strengthen SAIC’s commitment to talent development and enhancing mission-critical solutions to better serve our employees, customers, and shareholders,” she added.
