Array Information Technology has been awarded the Enterprise Support Staff Contract to help the city of Baltimore to update its IT services.
The contract will allow for the city’s Office of Information Technology to manage computing architectures, telecommunication networks, the service desk and other IT systems.
Array already is a provider on the State of Maryland Montgomery County Consulting and Technical Services -2 program, Baltimore County Public Schools Technology Support Staffing Services contract and its IT Staffing Support contract, Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission’s IT CATS contract, and Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority’s IT Infrastructure & Telecommunications Staff Augmentation contract.
The company is excited to support the city to help with its newly minted Digital Transformation Strategic Plan to revamp IT services, said Gary Aughinbaugh, Array client executive of state and local government.
“The city faces outside threats as well as budget constraints that ARRAY is ready to tackle and, in the end, better serve the city’s government agencies and ultimately the residents of Baltimore,” he said.
