    1901 Group Teams with NTIS to Accelerate AI Solutions

    IT services and solutions provider 1901 Group has inked a deal to help the Pentagon’s Joint Artificial Intelligence Center in delivering data modernization capabilities to up the speed and agility of artificial intelligence-enabled capabilities.

    The 10-month project, valued at $10 million, will be conducted in collaboration with National Technical Information Service and a half-dozen other NTIS joint venture partners. 

    Under the agreement, 1901 Group will deliver expertise that assists the JAIC to develop and implement new methodologies for collecting, analyzing and disseminating data. The company will help create a core capability and administer an AI-enabled intelligent business automation platform for DOD-wide use along with the delivery of AI-enabled products for cybersecurity and cyber operations.

    Paul Wilkinson, executive vice president of corporate strategy and business development at 1901 Group, said, “We look forward to collaborating with NTIS in support of the DoD’s mission and business functions to strengthen and solve the urgent operational needs while making rapid enterprise-wide AI adoption a reality.”
