Stephen Prosser has joined the team of intelligence community professionals at federal business consultancy Deep Water Point.

Prosser was previously assistant DNI for information and data at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence; intelligence community chief data officer at ODNI; director of infrastructure service provider at the National Reconnaissance Office; and director of network systems group at NRO.

As the IC CDO and IC ISSE, he was organized and leveraged professionals across the intelligence community to leverage data as an asset. As intelligence community CDO, Prosser advanced data management practices to improve the discovery, access and use of data across the intelligence community.
He has also held leadership and management positions at the CIA.
