    Stephen Prosser Joins Deep Water Point

    Stephen Prosser has joined the team of intelligence community professionals at federal business consultancy Deep Water Point.

    “Steve has been a leader directly involved with re-imagining the future of the IC’s data and information landscape in the digital era,” said Rob Brunngraber, Deep Water Point partner and IC team lead. “It is this high caliber of knowledge and expertise that will provide our clients with unparalleled support and guidance. Steve is a great addition to our highly skilled and experienced IC team, and we are honored to welcome him on board.”

    Prosser was previously assistant DNI for information and data at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence; intelligence community chief data officer at ODNI; director of infrastructure service provider at the National Reconnaissance Office; and director of network systems group at NRO.

    As assistant DNI for information and data, Prosser led the intelligence community’s effort to appropriately share and protect data to further the mission. As the IC CDO and IC ISSE, he was organized and leveraged professionals across the intelligence community to leverage data as an asset. As intelligence community CDO, Prosser advanced data management practices to improve the discovery, access and use of data across the intelligence community.

    He has also held leadership and management positions at the CIA.
